Do you offer short term leases?
No, we only offer 12 month lease term.
Do you accept Section 8?
No, unfortunately we do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers at this time.
Do you have ADA or Handicapped-Accessible units?
Yes, please let us know if you are seeking a handicapped-accessible unit, and we will do our best to accommodate based on current availability.
Do you have storage units?
No, we do not have external storage units available.
Do you have garages?
Yes, we have 12 unattached garages, which currently rent for $100 a month. Call to check availability.
Do you accept pets?
Yes! We are a pet friendly community. Give us a call or send us an email for our full pet policy.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Yes, we do not allow aggressive breeds. If you are unsure if your pet qualifies, give us a call!
What are your pet fees?
We have a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 when you move in. There is also a $15/month fee added to your rent each month for each pet you have.
Do you have a weight limit per pet?
Yes, we have a 50 pounds and under weight limit per pet. We have a 2 pet limit per unit policy.
